Contemporary Duncan Technique Class
Contemporary approach to the Isadora Duncan technique. Breath, flow, musicality, personal expression. Each class offers a centering moment, body-conscious warm-up, barre & locomotor exercises, guided improvisations and choreographic phrases.

About the Event
For dancers of all levels, ages 16+

Please wear dance/yoga attire such as body leotards, footless tights and leotards for easy movement. Tunics encouraged (though not required) and practice tunics and scarves are available to borrow on site.
