About the Event
This workshop is for dancers and movers of all levels, dedicated to an exploration of the characteristics of the divine feminine. Based in the dance tradition of Isadora Duncan, known as the mother of modern dance, this workshop will include:
body positive warm up
technique
dancing barre
locomotor movements
