"The Angels Were Dancing" Duncan Class and Workshop

A special holiday-focused Duncan class and repertory workshop on Sunday, December 10.

We'll start with a free-flowing dance class in the spirit of the season set to classic and contemporary solstice, Christmas and holiday music. After a short break, we'll visit a series of exquisite Isadora Duncan repertory focusing on her angel and other dances evocative of the season. We will also visit a few excerpts from my own collection of "Christmas" dances.

After the workshop, we'll gather together for a social event, celebrating the "return of the light" with some good food and good cheer (location TBD).

Full Workshop $50 ($35 for teens/students)

The workshop is open to dancers of all levels. Wear clothes comfortable for movement with bare feet. Tunics are optional, and scarves will be provided if desired. Holiday colors are encouraged!
